1) Don't wear your shoes everyday
Allow your shoes to breathe as your feet tends to sweat throughout the day, you want to prevent your shoes from absorbing that moisture. Instead, wear them every other day to give them time to dry thus increasing the longevity of your shoes.
2) Clean your shoes after each wear
To prevent dirt and grim from grounding into the leather, clean your shoes after each wear with a shoe brush or microfiber cloth.
3) Store leather shoes with a shoe tree in them
To prevent creasing, shoe trees absorb moisture and odour while keeping the shoe's proper shape. Just this one step can dramatically extend the life of your shoes.
4) Avoid inclement weather
Try not to wear your shoes in a heavy downpour or walk through salted, snow-covered sidewalks in winter. This will help prevent the leather and soles of your shoes from breaking down. In cases where the weather is unpredictable have a pair of galoshes handy to protect your shoes all around.
5) Polish your shoes every 6 wears
Using a shoe polish will help to moisturize the leather while adding a layer of protection to repel dust and water.
6) Store shoes in a dust bag when you're not wearing them
To keep your shoes in great condition keep them in a fabric dust bag to protect them from dust particles working its way into the leather of your shoes, this will also allow them to breathe.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us here with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand apparel supplier and footwear manufacture based in Italy. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are made and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please Contact Us within a weeks' time with photos of the
damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us here with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know by contacting us here within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
What materials are used to make your shoes?
Many of our shoes are created using pristine Italian leather or suede, and in some cases organic canvas. We also use special materials, prints, limited edition textiles, cruelty free vegan leathers for seasonal collections.

It takes 5-14 business days for a shipment to reach the customer's home after the order has been handed to the courier.
